• Pre-Sales & Customization Assistance: guide customers through product selection, pricing, and customization to boost sales.
• Order Management & Sales Growth: assist with order placement, payment verification, and cart recovery, promoting related products.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: coordinate with sales, fulfillment, and technical teams to optimize sales pipeline and service delivery.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Relation Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be the front face of our brand-managing customer inquiries across multiple channels, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring a seamless experience from product selection through post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Support: Deliver high-satisfaction customer service across email, phone, live chat, and social media while strictly meeting service SLAs.
• Issue Resolution & Feedback: Resolve complaints professionally using root-cause analysis and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product and process improvements.
• Pre-Sales & Customization Assistance: Guide prospective customers through product selection, pricing, and customization options to boost sales conversions.
• Order Management & Sales Growth: Assist with order placement, payment verification, and cart recovery, while actively recommending relevant complementary products and offers.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales, fulfillment, and technical teams to optimize both the sales pipeline and overall service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills with strong online communication etiquette.
• Sales & Service Aptitude: Basic understanding of customer retention, sales support, and persuasive communication skills.
• Languages (Bonus): Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, English is a strong advantage.
• Skills: High attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking ability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
