Job summary

The role leads PPAP/APQP activities, reviews milestones, and drives customer satisfaction through MIS reporting and project quality oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience with QRQC and 8D problem solving.
• Familiarity with APQP and PPAP processes.
• Customer-facing quality role with OEM interaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze 0km/line and field/warranty complaints using QRQC/8D.
• Review APQP milestones with the team.
• Conduct PPAP and APQP with customers.
• Participate in periodic quality briefings with customer and internal teams.
• Drive Continuous Improvement for Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Understand customer expectations and lead Customer PPAP.
• Visit customers periodically to assess product behavior and needs.
• Drive reduction of customer end PPM and complaints.

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Analysis of 0km/line and field/warranty complaints Through QRQC/8D methodology and interact with OEMs.

• Responsible for project Quality: Reviewing APQP millstones deliverable with team.
• Responsible for conduct and Handle PPAP and APQP with customer.
• Participating in periodic quality briefing meetings with customer and internal.
• Continuous Focus on the improvement of the Customer satisfaction Index.
• Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product, accordingly, leading Customer PPAP.
• To visit Customers on periodic basis to understand product behavior, the said and unsaid requirement.
• Drive customer PPM reduction Continuous focus on reduction in Customer end PPM & Customer complaints to

ensure customer satisfaction.

• Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Manages conflict - Handling conflict situations effectively.
• Prepare reports and present to all stake holders.
• Handling customer complaint in PAN India for DCT
• Handling team of 8 to 10 team member for India
• Detailed understanding of MLT / diagnostic tools and softwares
• Detailed understanding of universal DTC fault codes
• Handle Powertrain / Gear box / Transmission commodity as Customer Quality
