Job summary

Bonito Designs is looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional to drive outbound calling and engage potential customers. You will identify prospects, nurture leads, and convert inquiries into qualified opportunities, working closely with sales and marketing to ensure smooth handoffs.

The role requires excellent communication, strong CRM usage, and a resilient, goal-driven attitude to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years in inside sales / outbound calling / telemarketing / customer outreach.
• Experience in real estate, edtech, retail, or service industry preferred.
