Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional in Ahmedabad to conduct outbound calls, identify prospects, and convert inquiries into qualified leads. The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a proven track record in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure smooth lead handover, maintain CRM records, and drive daily/weekly targets while gathering market insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years in inside sales / outbound calling / telemarketing / customer outreach.
• Experience in real estate, edtech, retail, or service industry preferred.
