Job summary

Omni Recruit seeks a seasoned Service Engineer to manage installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support for printers and multifunction devices. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and resolving complex hardware issues.

Ideal candidates will have 15 years of hands-on experience with MFP/Printer systems, familiarity with Ricoh, Canon, HP, Sharp or Kyocera products, and strong communication skills to coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Communication, or Computer Engineering.
• 15 years hands-on experience in MFP/Printer installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Ricoh, Canon, HP, Sharp, or Kyocera products preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and peripheral devices.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve printer-related issues.
