Job summary

Monotech Systems is seeking a technically skilled Printer Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of printers at customer locations across multiple cities in India.

The role involves on-site visits, AMC follow-ups, and coordinating with sales and technical teams to meet customer requirements. Diploma/BE in relevant engineering fields is required, with hands-on knowledge of electrical, electronics, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE in EEE, ECE, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Hands-on skills in electrical, electronics and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and fix printer or digital printing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Attend printer service calls, maintenance calls, AMC follow-up, installation, and commissioning.
• Install and configure printers at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and printing issues.
• Perform preventive and breakdown printer maintenance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Conduct machine demonstrations and explain operation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer requirements.
• Maintain service reports and customer visit records.
• Ensure timely closure of complaints and service requests.
• Travel to customer locations for installation and service activities.

Qualification
