Job summary

Cskinfotech is seeking a Printer Support Engineer to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain printers and related hardware. The role requires basic networking knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and a focus on excellent customer support.

Responsibilities include installing drivers on Windows, diagnosing hardware/software issues, performing preventive maintenance, and providing onsite or remote assistance to ensure timely, effective solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in printer support or hardware support.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
