Job summary

Guideline Inc. in Thane is seeking a SR. Customer Service Representative – Voice Process to handle international BPO interactions. Immediate joining is preferred, with 24/7 rotational shifts and 5 working days per week. Salary offered is up to 33k net take home.

Candidate should have at least 6 months of international BPO experience, strong English communication, and be comfortable with Amcat scoring C2 and typing tests (35 wpm, 90% accuracy).

Qualifications :

Rounds of Interview - HR, Amcat, multichat writex, operations round, Typing test (35 wpm net speed and 90% accuracy)

Amcat score - C2

(Tests should be completed before operations round)
