Job summary

Hyrix in Thane is seeking a SR.Customer Service Representative – Voice Process for a full-time role with immediate joining. The position requires 5 working days per week, 24/7 rotational shifts, and a salary of up to 33k net take home. 6+ months of experience in an international BPO is preferred, along with strong English verbal communication skills.

Amcat score C2 is expected before operations rounds. The candidate will undergo HR, Amcat, multichat writex, operations rounds, and a typing test
