Job summary

VTP Realty is seeking a CRM specialist in Pune to develop and implement customer engagement strategies that boost retention and lifetime value.

You will analyze customer data to identify trends, design targeted marketing campaigns, collaborate with sales, marketing and service teams, and monitor KPIs to measure impact of CRM initiatives and drive new business opportunities.
