Job summary

Clapbox In is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to be the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You will build strong relationships, address queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.

The role requires proactive follow-up, effective communication, and thorough understanding of Clapbox In's products/services to drive customer satisfaction and timely service

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Excellent communication via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Service, and Technical teams for timely service delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.

• Maintain accurate customer and account details in the CRM system.

• Identify basic upselling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with the Sales team.
• Follow up with clients to ensure payments are received timely.
• Update customer records and ensure accurate CRM data.
• Collect and document customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
• Prepare basic reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service satisfaction.
• Follow company procedures and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
