Job summary

Thirty Milestones is seeking a customer-centric CRM Executive to serve as the primary link between the business and clients. You will manage inquiries, update records, track deal lifecycles, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will log, track, and update inquiries in the CRM, coordinate with sales teams for visits, handle queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, and prepare weekly lead conversion reports to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Hindi and local language; conversational English.
• Experience with CRM tools or strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication, patience and active listening for client management.

• Collect customer feedback and resolve basic service or documentation bottlenecks.
• Prepare weekly lead conversion and status reports.

Requirements:

• Clear, polite, and persuasive communication skills (fluent in Hindi and local language; conversational English).
• Prior experience with basic CRM tools (or strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets).
• Patience and active listening skills for client relationship management.
