Job summary

Yes Bank Ltd. is seeking a sales leadership role based in Delhi to drive business growth across the assigned geography.

You will engage with branch leaders, train staff on product benefits, and ensure timely sales activations while coordinating with the team for service delivery and productive client engagements. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, closing deals, and building a high-performing sales team with strong product knowledge and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline from an authorised institution with relevant work experience
• Sales and Sales management experience
• Preferable professional certifications

• Responsible for increasing business in the assigned geography /cluster
• Participate in meetings with branch leaders and training branch staff/reportees regarding product benefits and features
• Connect to customers, understand needs, provide closures.
• Complete understanding of product, process, pricing, subvention, guidelines etc.
• Hire, train and motivate sales officers to improve their productivity and revenue.
• Ensure coordination with team for sales, activation and service TATs
• Create cross sell opportunities of other products.
• Effectively use productivity tool for lead management and record all meetings /activities/ trainings with the branch team.
