Job summary

Honasa Consumer Ltd. is seeking a Content Strategist to join the D2C team. You will shape strong ideas, write clearly, and translate insights into content that converts across brand, copy, and communications.

Experience in beauty/personal care brands is a plus; proficiency in English is essential; on-camera or content creation experience is a bonus as you craft scripts and campaigns and own RoAS across channels like Meta and Google.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of college degree
• 4-7 years of strong copywriting background preferably with an advertising agency or brand’s internal creative team
• Excellent command in written & spoken English
• Experience on camera or creating content is a definite plus

Responsibilities

• Craft brand’s core copy, content strategy & content cohorts
• Develop campaign ideas, creative territories, and brand narratives
• Decoding consumer behaviour & insights and translating it into conversion-first content strategy
• Short form & long form copy like scripts and performance ads
• Own the brand’s RoAS across revenue channels like Meta & Google
• Partner closely with designers, videographers, editors & external brand & revenue functions
