Job summary

Limelight Diamonds is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Specialist to drive our B2B, institutional sales and corporate gifting business in Mumbai. Travel as required; 4+ years of experience.

You will lead bulk sales through corporate gifting, employee rewards, loyalty programs, and channel partnerships, building relationships with HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams and CXOs. You will manage end-to-end sales from lead generation to closure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate or institutional sales.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Experience in corporate gifting and loyalty programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive bulk sales through corporate gifting, employee rewards, loyalty programs, channel partnerships and institutional sales.
• Build and leverage relationships with HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, CXOs, Corporate Gifting Agencies and Business Owners.
• Identify and onboard new corporate clients for jewellery, gift cards, branded merchandise and customized gifting solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and payment collection.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Work with internal teams to develop customized proposals and gifting solutions.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
