• Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure consistent internal brand communication.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and market opportunities.
• Work closely with sales, HR, leadership, external agencies, and other departments.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and recommend improvements.
