Job summary

THE Talent Keepers in Gurugram is seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to shape and execute our brand strategy across channels. You will drive PR, social media, digital marketing, and content campaigns while coordinating with agencies and senior leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and a track record of delivering integrated campaigns that elevate brand presence in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Management: Develop and execute brand strategies, positioning, brand guidelines, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Public Relations (PR): Manage media relations, press releases, media coverage, interviews, press conferences, and corporate announcements.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy across platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Corporate Communications: Develop brand messaging, leadership communications, newsletters, corporate presentations, and other materials.
• Digital Marketing: Collaborate with digital marketing teams to drive online visibility, content marketing, and brand engagement.
• Agency Management: Coordinate with PR agencies, creative agencies, digital marketing partners, and media houses.
• Reputation Management: Monitor brand perception, manage media responses, and support crisis communication initiatives.
• Content & Campaign Management: Oversee creation of marketing content, campaigns, brand stories, and visual communication.
• Leadership & Reporting: Lead the brand marketing team, manage budgets, monitor performance, and present brand metrics to senior management.
