Job summary

ScopeHR Services is seeking a branding leader to guide the corporate brand strategy and oversee campaigns across ATL, digital, PR and events.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, sales and project teams to align branding initiatives with business objectives, manage agencies, measure performance and mentor the branding team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the corporate brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive brand positioning, identity and communication across corporate and project-level initiatives.
• Plan and execute integrated ATL, BTL, Digital, Social Media, PR and experiential campaigns.
• Develop compelling brand narratives and communication strategies for the corporate brand.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across all assets.
• Work with creative, media, digital and PR agencies to develop high-impact campaigns.
• Lead development of corporate marketing collaterals, presentations, brochures, digital assets, films and other brand materials.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify brand opportunities and strengthen positioning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, business development and project teams to align branding with business objectives.
• Manage external agencies, vendors and creative partners, including campaign planning, execution and budgets.
• Drive corporate events, launches, activations and other brand-building initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, brand visibility and marketing effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
• Manage and mentor the branding/marketing team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
