Corporate Marketing Leader
Job Purpose
Lead the Corporate Marketing function by driving brand
strategy, corporate communications, thought leadership, analyst and investor relations,
digital brand presence, and corporate reputation. The role is responsible for
strengthening the company's market positioning, enhancing brand equity, enabling
business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent
communication across customers, analysts, investors, media, employees, and other
stakeholders.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- 1. Develop and execute the corporate marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- 2. Drive corporate brand positioning and messaging to establish as a leading Digital Solutions company across global markets.
- 3. Own the corporate brand architecture, ensuring consistency across all digital, print, partner, customer, investor, and employee touchpoints.
- 4. Lead brand refresh, governance, and implementation initiatives while ensuring seamless integration of newly acquired brands and businesses into the brand ecosystem.
- 5. Define and execute corporate communication programs including executive communication, internal communication, external communication, media engagement, and corporate announcements.
- 6. Own and continuously enhance the corporate website, marketing automation platform, newsletters, and other digital communication channels to maximize engagement and business impact.
- 7. Develop and execute a comprehensive thought leadership strategy through whitepapers, research reports, case studies, blogs, executive POVs, webinars, videos, and other strategic content assets.
- 8. Collaborate with business units and subject matter experts to develop differentiated content supporting demand generation, industry positioning, and sales enablement.
- 9. Build and manage strategic relationships with industry analysts including Gartner, Everest Group, IDC, ISG, Forrester, and other influential research organizations.
- 10. Lead analyst engagement programs including briefings, inquiries, submissions, market assessments, and participation in analyst reports to improve company positioning and visibility.
- 11. Support Investor Relations initiatives by developing investor communication materials, quarterly presentations, earnings communication support, and executive messaging.
- 12. Drive media relations and corporate public relations initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation across customers, investors, partners, and industry communities.
- 13. Develop and execute social media strategy across corporate and executive channels while expanding employee advocacy initiatives to improve digital reach and engagement.
- 14. Monitor corporate brand performance through marketing analytics, digital metrics, analyst recognition, share of voice, media coverage, website performance, and social engagement.
- 15. Manage marketing technology platforms including CMS, marketing automation, CRM integrations, analytics, and digital marketing tools to improve operational efficiency.
- 16. Own corporate marketing budgets, agency relationships, creative partners, technology vendors, and external service providers.
- 17. Partner closely with Business Units, Sales, Product Management, HR, Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment of corporate marketing initiatives.
- 18. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing corporate marketing team while fostering innovation, collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence.
- 19. Present corporate marketing strategy, business impact, brand performance, and marketing ROI to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Experience & Required Skills
- 15+ years experience in Corporate Marketing, Brand Management, Corporate Communications, and Digital Marketing, with leadership responsibility in an IT services/ITES organization.
- Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise-wide corporate marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in driving corporate brand positioning, brand transformation, and brand governance across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record of managing corporate websites, marketing automation platforms, and digital communication channels to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing thought leadership initiatives through research reports, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, executive content, and other strategic marketing assets.
- Experience collaborating with senior business leaders, sales, product, investor relations, HR, and external agencies to deliver integrated corporate marketing initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Corporate Marketing Strategy, Brand Positioning, and Corporate Brand Management.
- Strong content strategy and thought leadership capabilities with experience creating executive-level and industry-focused marketing assets.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing effectiveness through KPIs, analytics, and ROI reporting.
