Job summary

Alchemy Group is seeking a strategic creative thinker to lead social-first storytelling and influencer campaigns from Mumbai. The role spans Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms, blending brand goals with authentic creator narratives.

You will mentor junior writers, collaborate with strategy and client teams, and stay ahead of digital culture and meme trends to elevate campaign quality.

Qualifications

• Proven agency background with influencer, digital, or integrated campaigns.
• Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator behavior, social media culture, and brand tonality.
• Ability to write for creators, handle high-volume output independently, and meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, narratives, hooks, captions, scripts, and platform-first briefs.
• Lead social-first thinking across Instagram (Reels), YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, podcasts, and branded IPs.
• Partner with strategy, creator management, client servicing, and post-production teams to balance brand goals with creator authenticity.
• Participate in brand pitch ideation and mentor/review junior writers to maintain creative consistency.
• Stay deeply updated on digital culture, creator trends, meme culture, and evolving internet behaviors.
