Job summary

Marico in Mumbai seeks a creative lead to convert brand briefs into influencer-ready scripts and co-develop with in-fluencers to ensure authenticity and relevance.

You will drive disruptive content ideas, write hooks and scripts for short-form formats, and build scalable storytelling frameworks across influencer ecosystems, while maintaining brand voice and guardrails.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mass Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio of innovative content ideas across social/influencer platforms.

• Convert brand briefs and creative ideas into influencer-ready scripts When needed, co-develop scripts with in-fluencers to ensure authenticity and relatability
• Lead the creation of disruptive, platform-native content ideas and formats
• Write compelling hooks, narratives, and scripts optimized for short-form platforms
• Build repeatable storytelling frameworks that can scale across influencer ecosystems
• Identify and translate social trends, memes, and cultural moments into brand-relevant content
• Experiment with new formats (UGC, POV, interactive, challenge-led) for higher resonance
• Partner with brand teams, agencies, and influencers in idea jams and workshops
• Provide creative leadership in script reviews while ensuring influencer authenticity
• Maintain brand voice and tonality across all influencer and digital content
• Ensure creative ideas comply with regulatory norms and brand guardrails
• Maintain rapid churn of script drafts, revisions, and approvals
• Provide creative guidance during content shoots with influencers
• Partner with agencies to ensure content execution stays true to creative intent
• Ensure content is brand-safe, compliant, and aligned with category guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Mass Communication, Advertising, or related fields
• 35 years of experience in creative writing, content ideation, or digital-first campaigns in agencies, content stu-dios, or brand teams
