EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate

EXPERIENCE: 5-10 years of experience in coordination, preferably in skill development, education, or government liaison roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with state skill development missions (SSDMs), Directorate of Vocational Education & Training (DVET), and other government bodies in Maharashtra, MP, Gujarat, CG, Rajasthan, UP, Bihar, NE state and Goa.
  • Liaise with DGT, NSDC, NCVT, and relevant central/state departments for approvals, endorsements, and collaboration.
• Marketing & Outreach:
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote ToT programs to ITIs and government stakeholders.
  • Organize seminars, webinars, and roadshows in coordination with state departments and training institutions.
  • Develop region-specific marketing collateral in collaboration with the internal design team.
• Reporting & Coordination:
  • Track and report progress on outreach, leads, and conversion metrics.
  • Coordinate with the internal training delivery team to align marketing with program rollouts.
