Purpose of the Role:

• Oversee the daily operations of the JNTTEC, including managing staff, scheduling courses, and coordinating with external stakeholders


• Develop and deliver vocational skill development training programs for the youths of the location.


• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement changes accordingly.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.


• Oversee the daily operations of the JNTTEC, including managing staff, scheduling courses, and coordinating with external stakeholders


• Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote the centre, it’s training programs and the vocational trainings.


• Manage the centre's budget and resources to ensure efficient operation.


• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders.

Minimum Work experience required: 3-8 Years

Minimum Qualification:

Full time B.Tech/B.E. in any Engineering Discipline from a recognised university or institute.

Functional Skill Sets required:

• Knowledge of the basic technical trainings imparted in JNTTEC.


• Knowledge of vocational skill development training programs and best practices
