Job summary

Transworld Academy of Excellence in Mumbai invites an Assistant Manager to oversee end-to-end learning and training operations across corporate, academic and LMS programs in shipping, logistics and supply chain.

You will coordinate projects, manage SMEs and content, administer the LMS, drive MIS and governance, and lead a small team of coordinators and executives. A background in LMS/CRM and logistics is desirable.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in learning operations or training coordination.
• Hands-on LMS, CRM and MS Excel dashboard experience.
• Exposure to logistics, shipping or supply chain.
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline.
• Certification in L&D, instructional design, or shipping/logistics (ICS/CILT) desirable.
