Job summary

Creative Synergies Group is seeking experienced PLC/SCADA software engineers for remote roles focused on process control systems across oil & gas, BIW, and chemical industries. You will develop and optimize PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and DCS integration while supporting plant-wide automation initiatives.

The role requires proficiency in Siemens PCS7, Rockwell PlantPAx or Emerson DeltaV, and willingness to travel for onsite commissioning abroad.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of relevant PLC/SCADA experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Siemens PCS7, Rockwell PlantPAx or Emerson DeltaV.
• Strong understanding of process controls and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop PLC, HMI & SCADA software for multiple PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).
• Implement control strategies including PID instructions and P&ID diagrams.
• Work on PLCs onsite for installation and commissioning.
• Travel abroad for onsite commissioning for 6+ months per year.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• PLC, HMI & SCADA Software Development for Multiple PLC's (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi etc.)
• Siemens PCS7 or Rockwell PLANT PAX or Emerson Delta V
• Complete Understanding of PLC programming for Process Controls including Manufacturing, BIW, Process or Oil & Gas industry
• Closed loop systems, PID Instruction, P&ID Diagrams, Analog Programming using FBD, STL, Ladder
• Should know Scaling, various types of Signal conversion like 4-20 ma, 0-10V
• Should be able to work on Discrete Programming also (should be able to work on regular PLC's
• Installation & Commissioning of PLC's onsite
• Willingness to Travel abroad for at least 6 months in a Year for onsite Commissioning
• Working knowledge of at least DCS Controller (Preferably Siemens PCS7 and Emerson Delta V)
• Understanding of Industrial PLC-PLC interfacing and PLC-DCS interfacing
• Programming knowledge of Valve Banks, VFD's, Vision Systems, Torquing Machine, RFID
• Strong in Safety PLC Programming and Configurations
• Exposure to Virtual Commissioning
• Strong in Safety Calculations and assessments
