Job description

Design, develop, and implement PLC control systems for industrial automation projects.Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs.Configure and commission PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFD systems.Perform electrical control panel testing and validation before dispatch.Carry out on-site installation, commissioning, and startup activities.Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, VFD, and control system faults.Integrate field instruments, sensors, actuators, and communication networks.Prepare I/O lists, control philosophies, wiring verification, and functional test reports.Interpret electrical drawings, P&ID diagrams, and panel layouts.Perform factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).Provide technical support to customers during installation and commissioning.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and project teams for timely project completion.Maintain project documentation, backup programs, and revision records.Provide training to operators and maintenance personnel after project completion.Attend emergency service calls and provide remote troubleshooting support when required.Travel across India for installation, commissioning, and service assignments

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with HMI and SCADA development.
• Knowledge of VFD configuration, parameterisation, and commissioning.
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, CANopen, and OPC.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control panel drawings.
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems and process control.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under project deadlines.
