Responsibilities
The Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst supports the organization's Trade capability agenda by planning, executing, and evaluating training programs across Global and Market teams. The role focuses on managing end-to-end training lifecycle activities including demand planning, capability assessment, training execution, and performance evaluation.
The L&D Analyst collaborates closely with Customer teams, Global stakeholders, and internal marketing teams to identify capability gaps, deliver structured learning interventions, and ensure continuous improvement in training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Demand & Planning Support
- Support development and execution of Training & Development plans aligned to business capability requirements.
- Identify and report Performance vs. Potential (PxP) insights to support capability building initiatives.
- Support execution of Annual Capability Assessment and creation of learning roadmaps based on assessment outcomes.
- Track and report training budgets and support budget management activities.
- Support governance, reporting frameworks, and program oversight for training initiatives.
- Training Execution Support
- Support creation and rollout of Annual Global Training Plan.
- Coordinate with Global teams / in-scope markets to schedule training sessions (dates, timelines, logistics).
- Manage logistics for training delivery including invites, scheduling formats, and coordination with customer teams.
- Support creation and customization of training content based on identified capability gaps.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, guides, and digital learning content.
- Support deployment of training programs on customer learning platforms/portals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback on training effectiveness and improvement areas.
- Ensure alignment with existing training materials to avoid duplication and optimize learning assets.
- Training Evaluation & Reporting
- Support governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and program tracking mechanisms.
- Create and distribute Training Assessment Reports.
- Develop Individual Development Reports based on training outcomes and performance insights.
- Prepare L&D Investment Reports to track ROI and effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (BBA).
- 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Operations, or Marketing Capability building (preferably FMCG/Marketing Ops).
- Experience managing end‑to‑end training lifecycle (planning, execution, evaluation).
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global and regional teams.
- Experience in training coordination, logistics management, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of L&D frameworks, capability assessment, and learning roadmap development.
- Experience with training tools / LMS platforms and content management systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Power BI an advantage).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Certification in Learning & Development / Instructional Design (preferred but not mandatory).
