Job summary

Natlex Technologies seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs. The role involves configuring ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and more, plus building integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and creating service catalog items within automated workflows.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on ServiceNow scripting, API integrations, and strong communication to collaborate with clients and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configurations and scripting.
• Experience with REST API, web services and JSON integrations.
• Ability to work directly with clients and partners and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, ITAM, SPM).
• Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and implement service catalog items with workflows and fulfillment automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and project lifecycle.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for ServiceNow configurations.
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development, security, and data integrity.

Job Description

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, ITAM, SPM, etc.). Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions. Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Design and implement service catalog items with associated workflows and fulfillment automation. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and project lifecycle phases. Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for ServiceNow configurations and processes. Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance. Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development, security, and data integrity.

Requirements

Candidate should be able to perform in a dynamically changing environment. Should have prior hands-on working experience in ServiceNow platform ServiceNow Platform Configurations and ServiceNow Scripting, Best practices Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / web service / JSON will be added advantage Ability to work with clients and partners directly and handle crunched timelines Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Desired) ITIL Certifications (desired) At least 1 mainline ServiceNow Implementation Certification (Desired)

Experience & Background

BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSc/BCA Implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow ITIL/ServiceNow Certifications will be an added advantage. Set up standards for quality control; measure and report performance against those standards Exposure on Service Now integration protocols with other application/systems Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax
