Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B tech/digital sales, with a track record of client engagement.
• Experience in AI/ML or digital native sales is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building, networking and pipeline management skills.

Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll be responsible for:

• Winning and growing client relationships through business development and consultative account management.
• Attracting, assessing and engaging top talent through targeted sourcing and networking.
• Developing market expertise and building a specialist recruitment proposition.
• Collaborating with a high-performing team to share knowledge and achieve results.
• Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.

The Successful Applicant

• Sales professionals with at least 3-6 years of experience from B2B Tech, Digital Native, AI and ML sales background.
