Job summary

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, seeks a senior leader to spearhead the Bengaluru office and expand the Southern region. You will scale the Data & Digital Strategy practice with emphasis on AI, cloud, data & digital transformation, while forging strong relationships with government, GCC, tech, and enterprise ecosystems.

You will own end-to-end engagements, create innovative advisory offerings, and build a sustainable revenue pipeline across the South.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of experience in consulting and industry focusing on data/digital and GCC domain.
• Strong network across Southern India spanning government, technology, GCC, and enterprise ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in digital transformation: AI/ML, cloud, data, platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Proven track record building and scaling businesses, practices, regions, or offices from the ground up.
• Strong business development capabilities with ability to originate and win new opportunities.
• Executive-level stakeholder management with credibility to advise senior leaders.
• Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and agility for high-growth environments.
• Experience leading high-performing teams balancing growth, delivery, and expansion.

• Deep expertise in digital transformation, including AI/ML, cloud, data, platforms, and emerging technologies.
• A proven track record of building and scaling businesses, practices, regions, or offices from the ground up.
• Strong business development capabilities with the ability to personally originate and win new opportunities.
• Executive‑level stakeholder management skills and the credibility to advise senior government and corporate leaders.
• Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and agility to succeed in a high‑growth, build‑oriented environment.
