The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil and has up to 2 years of site supervision experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering or construction supervision.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. in Civil from a recognised institution.
• Strong understanding of building construction processes and civil site engineering principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day waterproofing and repair activities at project sites.
• Coordinate and guide labour teams to ensure smooth work execution.
• Ensure work is carried out as per instructions and quality standards.
• Monitor material usage and report material requirements to the office.
• Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and work progress records.
• Ensure all workers follow safety rules and wear the required PPE.
• Report site issues, delays, and quality concerns to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors whenever required.
• Ensure housekeeping and discipline are maintained at the project site.
• Assist senior engineers in site measurements, inspections, and project documentation.
• Travel to different project locations across India as assigned by the company.
