Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead construction methods & planning for fast-track and complex projects such as tall buildings, hotels, and large institutional structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both RCC and steel construction, with hands-on experience in the Gulf region where cutting-edge construction methodologies are employed. Key Responsibilities

• Tender & Technical Review: Analyze tender documents and drawings; Prepare technical queries and liaise with clients for clarifications
• Construction Planning & Methodology: Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies; Plan resources including labor and plant & machinery; Prepare and present technical submissions and presentations to management and clients; Collaborate with in-house design teams for construction-friendly designs; Coordinate with external consultants for design/drawing alignment with client specifications; Optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness; Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment; Handle methodologies for complex structures including erection planning
• Site & Execution Support: Conduct site visits to review progress and suggest alternate solutions; Work closely with execution teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Communication & Documentation: Prepare and interpret construction drawings and sketches; Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders
