Job summary

Hrbx is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead 3 to 5 luxury residential and mixed-use construction projects in Mumbai, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage Project Managers, Site Engineers, and site teams, coordinating with Design, Procurement, MEP, Contracts and Liaison functions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 10–15 years of experience in luxury or high-rise developments, and at least 4–6 years

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 10–15 years of experience in residential or mixed-use real estate construction.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience managing multiple project sites.
• Experience in luxury residential or high-rise developments preferred.
• Strong experience in project management, site execution and scheduling.
• Proven contractor, consultant, vendor and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of QA/QC, MEP coordination, cost monitoring, safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets and quality standards.

• Prepare project reviews, dashboards and management reports for leadership.
• Support customer walkthroughs, snag closure and handovers.
• Drive execution excellence, timely decision-making, problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, MEP coordination, cost monitoring, safety management and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead large site execution teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial acumen with exposure to value engineering, productivity and resource management.
• Strong focus on quality, timelines, budget adherence, customer satisfaction and project handover.
• Excellent leadership, planning, organising, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
