Job summary

Namrata Group is seeking a capable Site Execution professional to oversee civil construction projects in Maharashtra. The role focuses on supervising on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have strong RCC and high-rise project knowledge, excel in drawing interpretation, and manage manpower efficiently while coordinating with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and high-rise residential projects.
• Understanding RCC, finishing, waterproofing and external development works.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent contractor and manpower management skills.
• Good knowledge of quantity measurement and contractor billing.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera will be an advantage.
