A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee high rise projects in India. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years in the industry, with substantial experience on megaprojects and a strong background with blue-chip companies. This position offers an attractive package of approximately $4,500 per month, and requires attendance at an interview in Dubai. It is an exciting opportunity for Indian nationals returning from overseas.

Qualifications

Construction Manager - Gurgaon / Mumbai, India

Our client is one of the world's leading construction and civils contractors operating internationally. They have several high profile projects world-wide and are even now expanding their international presence, utilising their reputation and experience in quality flagship projects to make an impact globally.

They are currently undertaking hugely valuable and prestigious high rise towers projects located in India across Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore, which due to start in the next month or so.

Highly experienced and accomplished Construction Managers are required to oversee construction activities on the projects from mobilisation through to handover.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND INTERVIEW IN DUBAI ON 15/16TH AUGUST 2013

The ideal candidate will have a strong career background with bluechip companies and substantial experience on megaprojects, with a focus on high rise luxury residential.

Pre-requisites:

• At least 10 years experience in the industry
• Substantial experience in the Middle East on megaprojects
• Experience with blue chip main contractors
• Experience on high rise projects
• A stable background - seeing projects through to completion
