Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Civil Execution will be responsible foroverall execution and delivery of high-rise construction projects by managing project teams, subcontractors, and coordination with consultants and clients. The role involvesstrategic planning, monitoring project timelines, quality control, and ensuring project completion within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution Management

Lead and manageoverall civil construction activities for high-rise building projects.

Ensure execution ofRCC, structural, finishing, and external development works as per approved drawings and specifications.

Monitorconstruction progress against project schedule and milestones.

Lead and superviseManagers, Engineers, and site teams involved in project execution.

Allocate responsibilities and ensure effectivesite coordination among departments.

Mentor and guide engineering teams to maintainhigh productivity and quality standards.

Planning & Coordination

Coordinate withplanning, billing, procurement, and quality teams for seamless project execution.

Ensure properresource planning including manpower, equipment, and materials.

Monitor project schedules and resolveexecution bottlenecks.

Quality & Safety

Ensure all construction activities comply withquality standards and project specifications.

Implement and monitorsafety procedures and compliance at project sites.

Conduct periodic reviews to ensurequality control and site safety practices.

Cost & Contract Monitoring

Monitor project costs and ensure work execution remainswithin budget targets.

Reviewsubcontractor performance and progress.

Support commercial teams in resolvingtechnical and contractual matters.

Coordinate withclients, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.

Participate inproject review meetings and progress discussions.

Technical Skills Required

Strong expertise inhigh-rise RCC construction and structural execution
