Qualification & Experience

Education

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Post Graduate qualification in Construction Management or Project Management (Mandatory).

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in construction project execution and planning.
• Strong hands‑on experience with MS Project.
• Experience working on residential and/or commercial building construction projects.
• Proven track record in project scheduling, monitoring, and coordination.

• Experience in high‑rise residential or commercial building projects.
• Exposure to PMC/Construction Management assignments.
• Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and timelines effectively.
