Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Compliance to support the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring RBI and other statutory compliances for NBFCs.

The role involves monitoring on the GRC portal, testing compliance, and preparing notes for certificates and test reports. The candidate should have a graduate degree with relevant professional qualification and typically 3 years of NBFC compliance experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with relevant professional qualification.
• Experience of at least 3 years in working for Compliance functions of NBFCs would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring compliance on the GRC portal.
• Assist in testing compliance via documents against RBI circulars.
• Prepare a draft note for compliance certificates and test reports.
• Assist in compilation of documents required for RBI inspections.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet compliance requirements.
• Track pending RBI observations and status.
• Submit data, replies and returns on RBI portals.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Profile

Assistant Manager shall be assisting Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring effective compliance with RBI

and other statutory compliances.

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities

The key job duties/responsibilities are enumerated below:

• Assist in monitoring of compliance on GRC portal
• Assist in testing compliance through supporting documents against relevant RBI circulars
• Prepare the draft note for compliance certificate/ test report
• Assist in compilation of documents required for RBI inspection
• Coordinate with other department for compliance requirement
• Assist to keep track of pending compliance of RBI observations
• Assist in submission of data/reply/ return on various portals of RBI
• Any other job as assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualifications

• Candidate should have a Graduate degree with relevant professional qualification. Candidates

having experience of at least 3 years in working for Compliance functions of NBFCs would be

preferred.
