Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur seeks a Deputy Manager/Manager- to assist the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring RBI compliance and other statutory obligations.

You will monitor compliance on the GRC portal, test compliance against RBI circulars, draft notes for compliance certificates, and assemble RBI inspection documents. You will coordinate with other departments and track RBI observations, enabling timely submissions on various RBI portals.

Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years in compliance for NBFCs preferred.
• Knowledge of RBI circulars and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring of compliance on GRC portal.
• Assist in testing compliance through supporting documents against RBI circulars.
• Prepare the draft note for compliance certificate/test report.
• Assist in compilation of documents required for RBI inspection.

Job Profile

Assistant Manager shall be assisting Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring effective compliance with RBI

and other statutory compliances.

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities

The key job duties/responsibilities are enumerated below:

• Assist in monitoring of compliance on GRC portal
• Assist in testing compliance through supporting documents against relevant RBI circulars
• Prepare the draft note for compliance certificate/ test report
• Assist in compilation of documents required for RBI inspection
• Coordinate with other department for compliance requirement
• Assist to keep track of pending compliance of RBI observations
• Assist in submission of data/reply/ return on various portals of RBI
• Any other job as assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualifications

• Candidate should have a Graduate degree with relevant professional qualification. Candidates

having experience of at least 3 years in working for Compliance functions of NBFCs would be

preferred.
