Qualifications

• Graduate degree with relevant professional qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance functions of NBFCs would be preferred.
• Experience with RBI circulars and regulatory expectations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring compliance on RBI portals and internal systems.
• Support testing of compliance against RBI circulars using supporting documents.
• Draft notes for compliance certificates and test reports.
• Compile documents required for RBI inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with other departments to address compliance requirements.
• Track and follow up RBI observations and ensure timely responses.
• Assist in data submissions and returns on RBI portals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Profile

Assistant Manager shall be assisting Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring effective compliance with RBI

and other statutory compliances.

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities

The key job duties/responsibilities are enumerated below:

• Assist in monitoring of compliance on GRC portal
• Assist in testing compliance through supporting documents against relevant RBI circulars
• Prepare the draft note for compliance certificate/ test report
• Assist in compilation of documents required for RBI inspection
• Coordinate with other department for compliance requirement
• Assist to keep track of pending compliance of RBI observations
• Assist in submission of data/reply/ return on various portals of RBI
• Any other job as assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualifications

• Candidate should have a Graduate degree with relevant professional qualification. Candidates

having experience of at least 3 years in working for Compliance functions of NBFCs would be

preferred.
