You will monitor regulatory updates, perform testing, and ensure timely closure of audit observations with a focus on NBFC-related RBI directives. The candidate should have 2-4 years RBI compliance experience, a CS qualification, and additional law/finance certifications.
A. Prepare agenda papers and annexures and supporting for the Board of Directors and various Committees in terms of RBI Regulations.
A. Maintain records of compliance-related Board and Committee actionables.
A. Monitor RBI circulars, notifications, Master Directions, press releases, and other regulatory communications.
B. Analyse regulatory changes and assess their applicability to the Company.
C. Disseminate applicable RBI regulatory updates to relevant business and support functions.
D. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of regulatory requirements.
E. Maintain a regulatory tracker for monitoring implementation status.
A. Conduct compliance testing across business functions.
B. Document observations, identify compliance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
C. Track closure of compliance observations and ensure timely implementation of action plans.
D. Maintain evidence and documentation relating to compliance reviews.
Monitor and manage all activities relating regulatory portals, including:
A. Assist in preparation and submission of periodic and event-based regulatory returns.
B. Maintain supporting documents and filing records.
A. Assisting other teams in preparing presentations and awareness materials on RBI regulatory developments and compliance requirements.
A. Assist during RBI inspections, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and Compliance Reviews.
B. Track audit observations and monitor timely closure.
A. Monitor and manage the Company's Compliance Management Tool (CMT) on a regular basis.
B. Track the status of compliance activities and follow up with stakeholders for closure of pending items.
