Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sports, community building, and event management. Your primary objective will be to grow the number of players and foster a vibrant sports community through open play games, events, leagues, and tournaments.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Act as the face of Hudle at partner venues, encouraging players to participate and stay connected.
• Event Management: Organize and promote open play games, community events, tournaments, leagues, and rated matches.
• Relationship Building: Collaborate with venue partners, coaches, and players to enhance the sports experience.
• Promotion: Support marketing efforts by creating buzz through local promotions, social media updates, and word-of-mouth.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from players and venue partners to provide actionable insights to the Hudle team.
• Community Management: Ensure a positive environment by enforcing community guidelines and resolving any issues.
• Monthly Reporting : Report on the number of players, games and events hosted and their performance to the Community Head.

Qualifications

• Passion for sports, especially community-driven initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently.
• Previous experience in event management or community building is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional activities.
• Hands‑on experience in community building and event management within the sports industry.
