Job summary

Playo is seeking sports-enthusiast undergraduates for an Internship Program to power our on-ground community engagements across multiple cities. Internship durations will range from 2 to 4 months and will include a stipend and cover travel allowances.

If you are keen to get a flavour of business in the operations and marketing realm in the sporting world, we’d welcome you to become our flagbearer! Roles and responsibilities include hosting pickup games, coordinating with venues for activations

Qualifications

• College student; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred.
• Good communication skills in English/Hindi/regional language.
• Must have laptop, two-wheeler for city travel, and a smartphone with a camera.

Responsibilities

• Host and manage pickup games across the city (Football, Pickleball, Padel, and more).
• Coordinate with venue partners for activation programs including tournaments, bootcamps, open-plays and promotional campaigns.
• Grow and manage user communities on-ground and online (WhatsApp, Playo groups, GameBoard etc.).
• Coordinate with venues, users, trainers and academies for on-ground shoots & reels.
