Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing and baking bread and bakery products.
• Support dough preparation, mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, and baking.
• Assist in preparing pastries, desserts, and other bakery items per recipes.
• Handle cheese-based preparations, including portioning, storage, and basic prep.
• Follow standard recipes and measurements to maintain quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, bakery section, equipment and workstations.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and rotation of ingredients and prepared products.
• Follow food safety standards and minimise food wastage.
• Assist senior chefs and kitchen team with daily production and tasks.

• Assist in preparing pastries, desserts, and other bakery items as per standard recipes.
• Handle cheese-based preparations, including portioning, grating, storage, and basic food preparation.
• Follow standard recipes, measurements, and preparation procedures to maintain consistent quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, bakery section, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of ingredients and prepared products.
• Follow food safety standards and minimise food wastage.
• Assist senior chefs and kitchen team members with daily production and other assigned tasks.
