Brik Oven is hiring a Base Process Assistant to support daily bakery production at our Doddaballapura CK, NEDA facility. You will assist with bread baking, dough preparation, pastry production, and cheese-based preparations while ensuring quality and hygiene.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of bakery operations, be willing to learn production techniques, and follow standard recipes and food safety procedures to maintain consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dough preparation for bread, pizza bases, and other bakery products.

• Handle cheese-based preparations and proper storage/portioning.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to standard recipes and production requirements.
• Operate basic bakery equipment and follow safety instructions.
• Maintain product quality—taste, texture, and appearance.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Support inventory checks and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with production team to meet daily targets on time.
