Job summary

Brik Oven Private Limited is seeking a motivated Commi 2 to assist with daily production activities at its Doddaballapura facility. The role covers Dough, Pastry, Bread and Cheese, ensuring quality, hygiene and production standards during preparation and processing.

You will help measure ingredients, assist with mixing, shaping and baking, follow schedules, and maintain a clean production area while supporting Commi 1 and senior staff in hitting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of bakery or food production required or preferred.
• Willingness to learn production techniques and standard recipes.
• Understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food handling.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities in the assigned domain: Dough, Pastry, Bread, or Cheese.
• Measure and prepare ingredients as per recipes and instructions.
• Support mixing, shaping, baking, preparation, and processing activities as applicable to the assigned domain.
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Follow food safety procedures and minimize ingredient wastage.
• Support Commi 1 and senior production staff in meeting daily production targets.
