Brik Oven in Doddaballapura is seeking a dedicated Commis 3 to join our kitchen team. The role focuses on daily bakery production, with emphasis on bread baking, dough preparation, pastry making, and cheese-based preparations.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of bakery operations, food safety, ingredient handling, and kitchen hygiene, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.

The candidate will assist in daily kitchen production, with a focus on bread baking, dough preparation, pastry making, and cheese-based preparations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of bakery operations, food safety, ingredient handling, and kitchen hygiene, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.

• Assist in preparing and baking different varieties of bread and bakery products.
• Support dough preparation, mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, and baking.
• Assist in preparing pastries, desserts, and other bakery items as per standard recipes.
• Handle cheese-based preparations, including portioning, grating, storage, and basic food preparation.
• Follow standard recipes, measurements, and preparation procedures to maintain consistent quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, bakery section, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of ingredients and prepared products.
• Follow food safety standards and minimise food wastage.
• Assist senior chefs and kitchen team members with daily production and other assigned tasks.
