Job summary

FinAGG in Mumbai is seeking an experienced debt collection professional to lead a team focused on B2B collection, loan recovery, and NPA management. You will develop and implement strategies to minimize delinquencies, improve cash flow, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and negotiate settlements.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in B2B collection, business loan recovery, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of debt collection processes, including hard bucket techniques.
• Experience with supply chain finance products such as unsecured loans is desirable.
