Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end collections and recovery operations for assigned portfolios.
• Monitor bucket-wise delinquency and ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.
• Handle and guide field collection executives and external agencies.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Conduct customer visits and negotiate repayment plans or settlements.
• Prepare MIS reports related to recovery performance and portfolio status.
• Coordinate with legal, credit, and operations teams for escalated cases.
• Ensure compliance with RBI and company collection policies.
