Transworld Systems Inc. in Mumbai is seeking a Collections Executive to join our night shift team. This is a full-time, work-from-office role with a US schedule aligned to India night hours.

You will contact debtors, negotiate payment options, and ensure compliance with debt collection laws. Strong English skills and prior collections experience are required; FDCPA knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of international collections experience (U.S., U.K., AUS, UAE, EUR)
• Strong English skills (written & verbal)
• Experience in credit card collections is a plus
• Collections, sales, or retention experience required
• Proficient in computer navigation
• Knowledge of FDCPA and collection laws preferred

Responsibilities

• Contact debtors to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate payment options.
• Handle inbound calls from debtors and provide payment solutions.
• Explain payment plans and the importance of timely payments.
• Update account notes accurately and adjust statuses per guidelines.
• Research and resolve disputed balances.
• Review accounts to be recommended for closure and assist in report preparation.
• Adhere to all applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
